Led by Chef Ken Yu, we meticulously select sustainable crops from the InterContinental farm in Pingtung, organically grown vegetables from local farmers, and premium meats nurtured by Taiwanese artisans. Leveraging Kaohsiung’s unique harbor advantage, we source seafood to reinterpret the warmth of traditional Italian recipes, accentuating familiar Taiwanese flavors, and infusing tradition with a new soul!
