The spatial design of the restaurant is in line with the oceanic image of the hotel. The luster and texture of coral reefs on the seabed reflect the expansive landscape of sea and mountain, whereas the contemporary, rounded lights and shades create a visual simulation of shallow ocean water. Led by Chef Nelson Wang, Zhan Lu features Chinese cuisine made with local ingredients from Taiwan. With more than 20 years of experience, Chef Wang has reinvented traditional Cantonese, Shanghai, and Sichuan dishes to present a feast for the eyes, nose, and taste buds.</description></oembed>
