In this autumn–winter season, we proudly present a selection of refined creations—such as the Rose Cake, Matcha Yuzu Tart, and Truffle Chestnut Chantilly—offering comforting sweetness and warmth to brighten the colder days.
ZHAN LU Chinese Restaurant — Autumn Crab Feast
At ZHAN LU Chinese Restaurant, Executive Chef Jack Chang selects the finest seasonal autumn crabs to present an exquisite, limited-time Autumn Crab Feast.
The highlight of the menu—Steamed Rice with Freshly Picked Crab Roe & Meat and Whole Mud Crab—features crab meat and roe slow-cooked to perfection, paired with a whole mud crab and crispy rice for a richly aromatic experience.
Another signature creation, Steamed Egg Custard with Scallop, Uni & Fresh Crab Roe, blends shrimp broth, Japanese scallops, and fresh crab for layers of sweetness and depth.
Additional seasonal delicacies include Wok-Fried Lobster with Crab Roe, Braised Mud Crab with XO Sauce & Radish Cake, and Huadiao-Baked Mud Crab with Mapo Tofu.
A full seven-course crab tasting menu is also available, offering an indulgent journey through the finest autumn flavors.
